The Responsible Minerals Initiative's Cobalt Refiner Assessment Program (CoRAP) is the primary third-party audit program for cobalt smelters and refiners. CoRAP-conformant refiners have undergone independent audits against OECD due diligence standards and are listed on the RMI website.
